    Recruitment/ Retention Supplement. For Full and Part-Time Instructional Employees. Starting in the 2025-2026 School Year!

    Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, routine full-time and part time training workers will get a yearly income supplement of no less than $4,500.00, in accordance with conditions set forth in the SJEA Memorandum of Understanding.

    The funds scheduled for the educational unit shall be paid to workers within the instructional bargaining unit in referendum supplements as follows:

    - Years 0-5: $4,500 (Flat Rate).
    - Years 6-10: $5,172.00.
    - Years 11-15: $6,206.00.
    - Years: 16-20: $7,241.00.
    - Years 21+: $8,275.00.
  • Regular full-time workers as specified by Article 1 (E) will get the full negotiated quantity.
    - Regular part-time workers shall get half of the full-time worker amount.
    - Employees holding "Part-time As Needed" positions are not eligible for this supplement.
    - The income supplement will be paid in installations within the staff member's routinely arranged paycheck throughout the following school years: 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029.

    Recruitment/ Retention Supplement. For Full and Part-Time Support Employees. Starting in the 2025-2026 Academic year!

    Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, routine full-time and part-time Administrative, Managerial & Confidential workers will get a yearly wage supplement as follows:

    - Full-Time: $6,000 (Flat Rate).
    - Part-Time: $3,000 (Flat Rate).
    Supplement terms include the following:

    - Regular full-time staff members are defined as working 25 hours weekly or greater and shall get the complete supplement quantity.
    - Regular part-time workers are specified as working less than 25 hours weekly and will get half of the full-time supplement quantity.
    - Employees holding Part-time As Needed positions are not qualified for this supplement.
    - The salary supplement will be paid in installations within the employee's regularly scheduled paycheck throughout the list below school years: 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029.
