Disgusted with my failed supplement experiment, it was time to learn how to eat. So, I figured that experimentation led me to the correct muscle building path, as I added 120 lbs without supplements or drugs after years of workout experimentation, so I now needed to put that same effort into my diet. This is exactly what I did, and the results were nothing less than extraordinary! I ended up burning 55 lbs of fat, which was more than I thought I needed to lose, and ultimately, I was left having gained 65 lbs of muscle, with very low body fat, using no supplements or drugs whatsoever. My family, friends, and strangers alike were amazed. I had completely transformed how I looked, and the compliments I received were endless, and refreshing. People who had not seen me in some time were shocked, both with the amount of muscle I gained, and how much fat I had burned, and the stunned look on their faces made the years of experimentation to find an effective method more than worthwhile.

Thankfully, Prime Boosts Pills from the very beginning, steroids were never an option for me, even when weighing only 130 lbs, with no self confidence, plenty of bullies to fend off and lots of desperation to achieve results. I always thought that the risk of health issues greatly outweighed any amount of muscle built, and Prime Boosts Official promised myself that I would only seek natural bodybuilding methods in order to protect my well being. But I didn't realize at the time that supplements could also destroy my health. Thankfully, they didn't, but given that I did not build any muscle or burn fat while using them, they didn't do much of anything for me, except waste lots of my money and Check this out time. Yet, if I had accomplished what I was seeking and found a supplement that actually added muscle or shed fat faster than was possible naturally, I would then be risking my health and well being, and that only crossed my mind after my failed supplement experiment. It is now obvious to me that seeking a pill or powder to increase the rate of muscle growth and fat loss is a losing proposition, as I either find one that doesn't work (likely), or one that could destroy my life. Neither sounds like a good option to me.

Compound exercises like the squat-curl-press target different muscle groups to build endurance, increase strength, and improve stability. In fact, some research suggests that compound exercises that involve functional movement patterns are one of the most effective ways to improve muscular strength and burn fat, particularly among overweight adults. Add more power to your resistance-training routine with these quick compound moves using dumbbells to get a dynamic full-body workout at home. The squat with an overhead press is a great full-body compound workout using both the upper and lower body at the same time. These moves function in tandem to allow a natural transition from a squat to an overhead press. Stand with feet a little wider than hip-distance apart. Rest light to medium weights on your shoulders with elbows bent and palms facing each other. Lower into a squat. Keep your torso upright by lifting your chest (imagine showing someone the logo on the front of your shirt while at the bottom of your squat).

Make sure you are sending the hips back to protect your knees. Push into your heels to stand as you press the weights overhead. Lower the weights to your shoulders, and repeat 1-3 sets of 8-16 reps. Compound exercises are quick, full-body moves you can do anytime, anywhere-especially if you're short on time. The squat, curl, and press is a well-known compound workout that targets the legs, core, arms, and shoulders in one dynamic movement. This is an advanced exercise that requires physical strength and stability. Start with lighter weights as you practice this movement pattern before trying heavier weights. Stand with your feet wider than your hips and hold light to medium weights with your arms by your sides and palms facing each other. Squat down and touch the weights to the floor and turn your palms to face forward. Keep your back straight and your abs engaged. Curl the weights up in a biceps curl and hold.
